The living area offers a wonderful spot to spread out comfortably and stream fun shows and movies on the smart TV with streaming and cable services. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials to prepare delicious beach snacks on the go and full-course meals for the crew, including a Keurig coffee maker and an adjacent wet bar. The spacious primary suite has a commanding view of the Gulf of Mexico, a TV, and an en suite bath. Additional perks include high-speed WiFi, cable TV in all bedrooms, and a washer/dryer. Guests may only use Tower 1 and Tower 2 amenities. There is a $60 parking/amenity fee that is charged for each vehicle up to 2 vehicle limit. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 9. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). When we arrived it smelled of mildew. The smoke detector was hanging off the wall and the chairs had dirt stains all over the arms.
