Enjoy a pool, a fitness center, and beach access from this Panama City Beach getaway at the Top of the Gulf condo complex. This studio-style condo offers two to four guests a full coastal experience in a single living space. The space even comes equipped with a small kitchen with all the important appliances, including a dishwasher, coffee maker, and toaster - a perfect place to cook fresh seafood favorites! Sleep soundly in the 2 queen beds and 2 double futons.. A full bathroom is provided, as is a walk-in closet for ample storage space. And there's plenty of seating to choose from, between the dining table, the dinette, the bed, and the living room furnishings. Splash around in the pool, play a few rounds of shuffleboard, or host cookouts in the BBQ area. Post photos to social media with WiFi in the common area on the first floor, and stay fit in a fitness room. Soak up the sun on the sundeck, or head out to the beach for surfing, sandcastle building, or beachcombing. Within steps of Florida's gleaming beaches, fantastic nightlife, and dining, this efficiency condo is the perfect getaway for a couple or small family to share while they explore Florida's Gulf Coast. This condo is close to restaurants, bars, shops, and the Signal Hill Golf Course for a day out on the greens - and donā€™t forget the beach right outside! Some of our favorite activities are sports fishing, hiking in St. Andrews State Park, and walking to Dee's Hang Out for some crab cakes and Cajun remoulade. THINGS TO KNOW A $20 amenity fee is required upon check-in at the front desk. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 8. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) I could see that it would feel crowded with more than 2 people. Overall it definitely needs some upgrades and a little TLC but even with that I would stay here again. The reasons I will return include the area which it is located is less crowded; the pool and patio areas at Top of the Gulf are very nice and clean and it is evident that they are dedicated to improvements; the elevators are fast and staff are very helpful. They are also very dedicated to security. FYI the individual units do not have balconies however there are large sitting areas with comfortable chairs facing the beach on all floors. The wonderful breeze through the hallways and balconies. There were so many private/not private special sitting places all around the pool! You can branch off from the crowd and sit with a group and chit chat. The pool was spacious enough for everyone! So close to the ocean! There was a snack bar, concession vending machines, ice machine, etc. the condo was super clean and looked exactly like the picture. It was the best vacation of my life! We appreciated the abundance of kitchen appliances/ dishes and plentiful linens. The whole place just needs a good cleaning too to bottom, even simply wiping down doorframes, cabinets, and lightswitches/outlets that have dust and stains caked on them would make the place look a lot nicer. The property is outdated, which we understood going in, but it really lacked in cleanliness and being kept up with. I think the cleaning crew just wipes down the kitchen and bathroom, changes the linens, and cleans the floors, which as everyone knows, a property (rental or residential) requires more occasionally to be inviting and comfortable to stay in. The shower liner was covered in mold, mildew smell in the bathroom and closet, not vacuumed rugs, stains on the sheets, dust covering everything, dirty dishes in dishwasher, and soap splatter on the shower wall, all upon our arrival. There was dust and grime built up on cabinets and doors and splatters on the walls. If those issues are fixed kept up with, I think it would be a great place to come back to. Jul 29, 2015 #### Nice units in this building but this isn't one of them. This unit is a dump. The blankets were stained and needed washed. The futons sqeaked every time we moved! The bathroom shower leaked constantly and the knob was broke. The vents were filthy.
