It started shaky because there was a bad sewage smell from the garbage disposal when we first got there. We had to air out the condo and got something to clean it. after that there were no issues. The rental management followed up a couple of times as well. The proximity to everything made the condo a great location. It was spacious and comfortable. The pool and beach access were great. We have just recently stayed at this condo and this was not a pleasant experience for how expensive it is. We booked at this place simply because it is one of the newer condos in PCB. Upon arrival we noticed the pool was down due to it cracking and sinking. We were told it was losing over 10,000 gallons of water a day by maintenance which is a little nerve racking knowing part of the pool sits under the condo. The hot tub was also down for 2 of the days we were there and Maintenace couldn't fix this without calling in electrical help. The one thing the condo is good at is keeping an eye on your every move in the hot tub via cameras and making sure no drinks come within 4 feet of it. We have stayed at multiple places down at PCB and this place by far had the most enforced rules out of all of them. We booked through Realjoy Vacations and we dont feel they did their part in contacting us to inform us the pool was going to be down during our stay. When we called to communicate our frustrations we were offered a 12 pack of beer! They ended up giving us back 50 dollars which is a joke considering how much it cost for a week. We were allowed to use the pool across the road at tower 1 and 2 at which grownups were getting yelled at by security for throwing a pool ball. The unit was as pictured and clean. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere!! ##### bryce b.
