We were not fans of the resort itself. $70 a day for chairs is ridiculous. The west pool was very dirty, hair and other things floating around. Staff wasn’t very friendly and the elevators are very slow and there isn’t enough of them for the amount of rooms at the resort. ##### April B. We all enjoyed our time here and the amenities. We only had a couple minor complaints. The sliding door to get out onto the balcony was almost impossible to get open (there was like a groove in the track that once the door got in that spot it was very difficult to open).
