Séjour de 3 nuits en octobre 2025 ### 2/10 – Terrible #### Alison L. 26 sept. 2025 We have the worst experience with this property and mainly the property management company and lack of any sort of help . Upon checking in , there was a massive construction site which was not disclosed upon booking . We arrived to sawing , hammering , a workers van blocking the driveway ,a dumpster right next to our driveway . We then contacted property management to explain situation and ask to be moved to another one of their rentals due to construction . I spent hours contacting them which ruined our first day of vacation . They advised that they could not move us to another location and could not offer any refund even if we departed early . Thankfully the air conditioner wasn’t working and were then able to move us . But honestly I would not recommend booking any property with this property management company . Very disappointed on how the whole situation was managed . I would not recommend staying here anytime soon as it is the beginning stages of building a house directly next to this property . ##### Alison L. It was located on the back of the resort property so it was nice and quiet, with private space on all 3 sides. They had everything we needed to cook and feed our extended family of 9 including strong WiFi for 4 people to work! The beds and bedding was hotel quality and comfortable. We had an issue with the garbage disposal and electricity and both problems were resolved in a timely manner. Note that there are pull out couches (one in a bedroom and one in the living room) - we brought a blow up mattress based on the way the sleeping arrangements were laid out and we didn't need to. Kitchen wasn't stocked with everything we needed - notably a pitcher (we bought one and left it) and crab leg crackers but we made do. This house is pretty far from the pool and a hike to the beach if you don't take the tram so be prepared for that. The beach service did not have enough space to accommodate everyone with chairs and tents that wanted them. I have never had that issue anywhere else I have been. We had no idea so we had quite a few of our older family members burn or stay away from the beach all together. Either pre-book (didn't know that was an option) or go buy chairs and umbrellas in preparation. ##### cammy k. Incredible location, really nice and comfortable place and a very easy experience all around. Definitely felt like good value and we would definitely come back—we loved it. Plenty of bathrooms and beds for a variety of combinations for groups. Our family loves our stay! It was impossible to get ahold of someone with questions on this and another property they manage before booking.
