I was also disappointed to learn that the large backyard on the listing that I assumed would be shared, is only shared with certain rooms. While we did have yard space, it was minimal. The place itself is cozy and has everything you need for a great vacation on the beach. The neighbor is really quiet which we appreciate . Is close enough to the pier and is walking distance to the beach and convenience store, which we loved. The cherry on the top was the pet friendly policy, my dog had a blast . Also, the host is amazing she solved every little question I had. For sure we will be back . ##### Ariana M.
