He kitchen is spacious and well equipped, and enables food prep to be done with a beach view and while remaining a part of family life in the living areas. We used the grill multiple times. It definitely felt like all the comforts of home in the beautiful beach surrounding of a residential complex without the crowds of resort areas! I cannot say enough about this place! Oct 23, 2018 #### Awesome condo and Real Joy was awesome to work with! This condo was everything it said it was in the description and the pictures are spot on. There is no better access to the beach in Panama City! You drive right up to your door with easy access to unload. Turn to the left and the pool is right there. Walk out the back sliding door, which were all new and worked great, and you are standing on the beach! Which by the way was very less crowded than other spots in Panama City. The condo has all the amenities you could possibly need. The condo is very modern, clean and up to date. The beds were also extremely comfortable. My trip was cut short due to the mandatory evacuation from Hurricane Michael, but Real Joy refunded my money from the nights I did not get to stay. I read where some other places did not. I will definitely be booking this condo again and when I visit the Destin or Fort Walton area, I will certainly be booking with Real Joy. Being directly on the beach was perfect for us, with all the kids! We didn’t have to load everything up and transport....we just waked right out. The unit itself is VERY nicely upgraded! Plenty of room. Comfortable furniture. The views from all 3 balconies are AMAZING. The management team is very responsive and easy to work with. I have only nice things to say about our stay here! I hope we get to return soon. IF you are like me and have looked at a thousand different properties and now you are looking at this one, just book it! Trust me. Our family loved it. ##### Erin C.
