The property was exactly as described. It was clean and had everything in it that we needed to make us stay comfortable. I was able to get a good nights sleep every night because the bed was very comfortable. The balcony overlooking the beach and the swimming pools was perfect. This is a five star recommendation.

We enjoyed our week very much. This unit is very nicely decorated and exceptionally clean. The Calypso is a wonderful location being so close to Pier Park. After staying in many condo complexes here over the last 20 years I feel the Calypso is really the cleanest and so well maintained.

Very bright and a welcoming space! Great view of the beach/gulf. The elevators were not an issue in terms of wait times and use. The unit was clean and neat. The only thing I’d recommend is having some basic cooking items like salt/pepper and cooking oil there. I’d definitely stay there again!

Spent a long weekend here with my wife and it was perfect! Check in process was super easy and everything is emailed to you. The property is beautiful. So high up that if you are sitting in the living room you thing you are on a cruise. Great location with lots of choices for things to do. Jet ski rentals right out back and helicopter rides right around the corner. We will definitely stay here again.

This unit was exactly as the pictures described and the pics are the reason I chose it so I was extremely happy when we got there. It is the perfect location on the beach and walking distance to anything you would need. I will definitely book with them again. All of the info we needed was given clearly and in enough time for there to be no confusion. The water in the room gets steaming hot and the beds were very comfy!

Wonderful rental. The view from this condo is remarkable. Everything is updated and the owner is very responsive. Easy check-in and checkout. Fast elevators. The condo comes with 2 chairs and an umbrella. You can walk to Pier Park. We will rent again.

Location is great and right in the popular part of PCB. Loved the decor and cleanliness of the room. Beds were comfortable, plenty of amenities in the room, even a ton of books and board games left here for those who forgot their books! The only problem was the strip being LOUD on the weekends (even from the 21st floor) which granted, isn’t the owners fault. Just bring some earplugs and a white noise machine for those nights... otherwise this was a great condo and I would recommend.

My biggest concern was that the space wouldn’t be as pictured on the website, as we have experienced w other companies. The condo was as pictured and even better in person. Close to Pier Park, so we didn’t have to drive anywhere once we got to PCB. That was an added perk that we didn’t expect. It was high up, but once we got used to it, it was great. Nice and quiet higher up. The company was very good at sending information needed for check-in prior to us leaving. Will definitely book with Warren Beach Rentals again next time we go to the gulf.

We come every year for our Anniversary and this trip by far was one of the best. Condo is very nice just as pictured and described. Beach chair service was a great bonus. We will definitely be booking again.
