The beach was a short walk or golf cart ride away which made it super easy for us to go see the sunrise and sunset. The host was amazing and accommodating and even gave us great food recommendations. The owner stayed in touch with us the entire time and was very responsive to all of my questions. The house had so many extra amenities and the garage was full of anything you would need for a day at the beach. The decor was very well done and we had everything we could dream of needing! It’s a quick golf cart ride to Publix to pick up essentials, which is very nice. Having The Big Cill across the street was great! We could go over for live music and it was very family friendly. We found excellent restaurants in Rosemary Beach after a short Uber ride (we walked back, that was a hike! But that’s on us!). Seaside nearby was super fun too. I love this place So check in was easy and the welcome book explained everything that I needed to know about how the place works. I love the location we were right across from the big chill. We spent so much time there. Having the golf cart gave us more options. House was super clean when we checked in and they had plenty of towels. With the brand new 6 seater golf cart, we were able to take our entire family all around town and to the beach during our trip. We had no need for our personal car. The Big Chill, across the street, had live music several nights during our stay and we received a discount at the local shops when we mentioned where we were staying. My husband was able to work remotely during our stay with no issues. The location is great and close to the public access beach. My only complaint was the lack of blackout blinds or room darkening curtains; my 3 year old was up with the sun 🤪. My family (2 adults & 2 kids - 2 years and 5 years) were able to enjoy the amenities of the community which was the two pools, the easy walk / car / golf cart to the Big Chill across the street. This property provided EVERYTHING needed to enjoy a family vacation at the beach. The ability to not worry about chairs, umbrellas, toys, beach towels, bikes (kids to adults), and even a Golf Cart made this vacation seamless. We will be rebooking for next year vacation!
