This contemporary coastal home offers 2,500 square feet of luminous living space and 3 bedroom suites accommodating 10 guests. The décor throughout the home blends generous comfort with a nod to the coastal setting — a perfect place to let your cares drift away. This rental places you within minutes of myriad activities for guests of all ages. In terms of things to do, you’ll be spoiled for choice. The spacious living room offers a warm and inviting ambience with its comfortable couches and armchairs — great places to lounge after a long day at the pool or beach. The adjacent kitchen and dining area feature a table with dining for eight and additional seating for three at the kitchen bar. The fully stocked kitchen provides everything you need to whip up your favorite dish or snack. If you prefer to cook on the grill, off the kitchen area you’ll find a large propane barbecue. Enjoy alfresco meals in the private, sun-kissed yard surrounded by lush greenery and natural vegetation. Spacious outdoor decks and patios set the scene for enchanting hours basking in the Florida sunshine. Sleeping quarters are located on the two upper levels of the home. The second floor boasts two large guest suites each with their own private ensuite bath and oversized closets. The second floor master suite is equipped with a plush king bed while the additional second floor guest suite is furnished with a queen bed, sleeper sofa and a set of twin over twin bunks. This room also houses a living space with an entertainment center and a comfy sofa — a great for kids to lounge on their own. As you ascend to the third floor you enter the master oasis. The entire third floor is dedicated to the master suite making it a tranquil escape. The bedroom area features a lush king bed and large television perfect for black and white films or guilty pleasure reality tv shows. The master bath features an oversized vanity and shower/tub combination. There is a French closest with a dramatic double door entry (no fighting over closet space here). The pièce de résistance is the covered private balcony with lounge seating — perfect for sneaking in a nap, enjoying a book or watching the sunset with a glass of wine and your better half. This vacation rental places you within minutes of myriad activities for guests of all ages. Within a five minute walk there’s a selection of shops, restaurants and nightlife to enhance your stay. The Seacrest Beach lagoon pool and the glorious white sand beaches are close by and can be accessed by the seasonal tram service, a quick bike ride or a leisurely walk. Effective January 1, 2022 Seacrest Beach HOA has banned the use of non-owner golf carts, scooters and Mokes. IMPORTANT: Seacrest Beach deeded beach access will be closed Jan 5–approx. Jan 31, 2026 for full boardwalk replacement. No HOA shuttle service during this time; guests may access the public beach approximately 1 mile down 30A at Inlet Beach Regional Access. This house and community is spectacular and has everything you need for an enjoyable beach retreat! The house itself is amazing with 3 stories, multiple balconies, spacious rooms and every possible amenity. The community is also top shelf — from one of the best resort style pools we have ever seen to the private beach to the shops and restaurants within walking distance, Seacrest Beach truly has it all! Even a convenient shuttle that will take you anywhere — we never had to wait more than 3 minutes and, get this, the drivers were actually friendly, competent, and helpful. Our family goes on at least 2 big vacations every year and we all agreed this was probably the best end to end experience we’ve ever had. This home and location were great! Very clean with all the supplies needed! The one draw back was beach access! The area for this neighborhood to use is very small and controlled by the beach chair company. The rooms were spacious for two families with little kids. Great area to ride bikes around and centralized. Two things I would point out that were almost deal breakers was that 1) internet was very slow. If you need fast and reliable internet, this is not the place. Though I am not sure it’s just the house. All over 30A we had bad service. 2) The pool Is not heated. This was a big deal since we were planning on pool days. I think the listing said it was not headed but it should say what temperature you should expect it at, to set your expectations correctly. The ocean was 5-6 degrees warmer in March. If you don’t plan on the pool during winter or spring months, then this is a great house. ##### Liz W.
