Condo, 3 Bedrooms, 3 Baths, (Sleeps 8)

This Gulf front condominium is located in Compass Point I, part of a private, gated community at Watersound Beach. Overlooking pristine white dunes and emerald waters, this unique unit has the view, space and modern amenities to make your vacation perfect.

It features a spectacular great room with views of the Gulf and spectacular dunes. Two balconies provide outdoor dining / seating space and additional views of the water and sugar white dunes.

Modern eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. All china, glassware, cookware and utensils provided. A convenient work space with desk is adjacent to kitchen and living area.

Every bedroom has a view of the water. The spacious master bedroom with king bed and walk in closet has a spectacular bathroom with over-size tub, separate shower and his/her sinks.

The middle bedroom is perfect for children or another couple. It has a queen bed, double closet, full bath and comfortable sitting area overlooking the dunes.

The third bedroom is great for kids offering double bunk beds, ample closet space, and a full bath with both tub and shower.

All bedrooms have new smart TV's.

Easy access to two swimming pools is just a few steps away. The walk to the beach is just 3 minutes. We supply beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. Other amenities include the Dunesider grill (adjacent to swimming pool), a yacht pond and putting green. There is access to the fitness center for a nominal fee. Garage parking and elevator access.

Watersound Beach is located between Seaside and Rosemary Beaches, convenient to shopping, restaurants and entertainment.

This unit is rented by the actual owner. There are no property managers involved.

Excellent stay!

This was a wonderful house for my family’s beach trip. My husband and I brought our young children (ages 4 & 5) and it was perfect. Our kids loved the bunk beds, and we enjoyed the pool, close proximity to the beach, beautiful views, and the full kitchen. Everything was so clean and comfortable. I highly recommend. Many thanks!

Fabulous property

Fabulous property in a secluded and beautiful community. Steps from pool and boardwalk to beach. Views are incredible and finishes are top notch. Peaceful paradise

Our third year in this condo was just as relaxing as in the past. The panoramic views of the white sand dunes and the gulf are what keeps us coming back for more, as well as the nicely decorated rooms and comfortable areas. Already booked for next year!

Beautiful views

The highlight if the property is the stunningly beautiful views of the dunes and ocean. The apartment itself is in a perfect location for views, being on the third floor and directly facing the ocean. The interior of the apartment is very attractive, wonderfully furnished and decorated, and fully accommodated for living at the beach for several days. It would be difficult to find a more enjoyable place to stay.

Family Vacation

We had a marvelous stay at Watersound. The property is lovely with easy access to the beach. The views are beautiful. The abundant supply of chairs, towels, beach toys were very appreciated. Even through Tropical Storm Helene, we had a great time introducing our four year grandkids to the wonders of beach life and all the available sand toys helped. Thank you!

Family Beach Trip

We absolutely loved our stay! We traveled with our three kids (8, 5 and 9 months) plus my parents. The condo is very spacious, comfortable and offers amazing views of the beach. It was a relaxing week full of lots of pool and beach time. Cannot wait to come back!

Beautiful place and great location

We loved our stay here with our 3 kids (ages 1-10). The pano ocean views are so beautiful. This place is very updated and super nice. We loved the privacy of the neighborhood and our unit. The beach isn’t super crowded and no public access nearby, so you have room to set up at the beach right on the water. The cage in the garage with all the beach supplies was awesome, especially the wagon since it’s a little trek on the boardwalk to get to the beach. It’s right in between Santa Rosa and Rosemary so it’s easy to drive over to either for restaurants and shops. This is by far the cleanest and nicest place we’ve stayed in on the 30A stretch. Our kids also loved the pool right next to our building. Very well kept and not at all crowded. We enjoyed the pool restaurant for a quick lunch one day. This neighborhood is very well maintained. Far better experience than Seaside!
