The condo has an ice-maker which was very handy for filling coolers for the beach. Clair was very responsive to all of our inquiries. When a leak began at the kitchen sink she got someone out to take care of it ASAP! We would definitely stay here again! ##### Holly M. Very spacious and perfect location! The walk to the beach was very short, we never needed to use the tram. The beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked. Make Sutton take a day and head to Topsail State Park in Santa Rosa Beach. Only a few places like it in the World.
