B305 is a two-bedroom standard condominium. The spacious 1050 sq. feet floor plan will accommodate up to 6 guests. The fully furnished condominium is decorated coastal and cozy. This 3rd floor unit has easy access to the two pool areas and just steps from the beach.

The living room has a sofa (no sleeper), love seat and occasional chair, flat screen TV/cable and floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that lead to the balcony to take in the incredible view of the Gulf of Mexico and its sandy white beach.

The dining area includes a table that seats four, along with a bar area that seats two.

Kitchen has been fully renovated and well equipped nice white cabinets, granite counter-tops, and stainless-steel appliances.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, a full renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower, a flat screen TV/cable and a ceiling to floor sliding glass door that lead to the balcony.

The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, a flat screen TV/cable and a full renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower.

There is a washer/dryer and tile throughout the condo. The balcony includes a table and six chairs. View/faces the water but the building does sit further back behind the pool/clubhouse as shown in the pictures, you can still see the water and the beautiful beach.
