We did notify the property manager who offered us some monetary relief off of our next stay. Everything was kept so clean from the parking garage, the elevators, the hallways, trash chutes, pool area and deck area! The location was perfect for our needs (kids are 10,11,14) Pier park is within walking distance as well as several other attractions!
