The first floor is the main living area with kitchen, living, dining room and also a bedroom with queen sized bed as well as a shared full bath. The second floor offers 3 bedrooms. One with a king size bed and private bath, the other two bedrooms share a bathroom. One of these bedrooms is a twin over twin bunk bed and a twin with trundle bed. The other bedroom contains a king-sized bed. The third floor contains a bedroom with 2 full size beds and a shared, hall bathroom. This floor also has a bonus/media room with a full sleeper sofa and a private bath. Cons:The tram that takes you around the area is a little of a wait and will only pick you up when you schedule it to. Kids loved riding the bikes and taking walks to nearby shopping. Parking was a little tight because we had a full house. Weather was not the greatest! Perfect space for each of us to rest and relax while all in the same house. Street was quiet and it was a short, convenient walk to all the amenities. We had a few minor requests/comments to address with property manager during the stay and they responded quickly to meet our needs. Comfortable fit forn3 families with kids from 9-14 years old. Our only issues were appliance related but after reporting to the home owner they said that they would have the issues resolved for the next group. ##### Nick G. It's huge and well appointed. We had a small group, but it's true when they say the house can sleep 16\. We enjoyed the bikes, but honestly, it's close enough to easily walk to all the beaches, stores and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. ##### Lewis C.
