2nd time to rent

We love this house. It’s so cozy and nice. The backyard is private, beautiful and a nice place to hang after a full day! We used the golf cart a couple of times to run around which is fun. We will definitely be back. Thank you! Kathy

Amazing

I really enjoyed my stay it was very comfortable great neighborhood very clean. The golf cart was awesome other than the battery life it was very reliable and efficient. My overall stay was a and I will definitely rent this property with blue swell again.

A perfect place

Perfect Home for beach Vacation

This home is absolutely beautiful. It was the perfect location , close to so many restaurants and family activities . The beach was a 2 mins golf cart ride from the house. Highly recommend this home !

Nice stay

A grill would be nice as well as ceiling fans in bedrooms. Not a deal breaker though. Really good place to stay overall. Will book again. Golf cart very convenient too,

Wonderful 5 star accommodations

This property was perfect for us and our 4 legged children. The golf cart was an added bonus. The backyard was superb and so ideal for pets. Highly recommend this place and we will definitely be a return renter!

RELAXING

The overall experience from booking to checking in and checking out was amazing. The booking and check in was so easy and hassle free I didn't have to worry about anything. The location of the property was awesome, my daughter was just a couple of blocks down the road in another house with her softball team. So it was very convenient to just jump on the golf cart and ride down there. The beach was easy to access and it was not that far from the house. It was nice to come back to a nice clean house and relaxed after a long hot day at the softball field. Overall great experience and will definitely be back.

Quiet and clean away from the hustle and bussel

Relaxation at the beach

Great Space, but awful cleaning.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon our arrival there was dog poop all in the back yard, in the grass and rocks. The master bedroom smelled like animal urine. The furniture and master bedroom bed had animal hair all over it. We called Blueswell, they had someone come clean the yard. The next day they sent the cleaning crew back to take care of the urine smell. All she did was spray the carpet, which made it worse. The cleaning lady said someone would be back in the morning to clean the furniture. The dryer would not dry the clothes without having to run the dryer multiple times. It didn’t matter the size of the load. We were going to talk to the person that was suppose to be coming the following day. They never showed. We cleaned the furniture the best we could. The house was plenty big enough for 7, lots of entertaining space and the golf cart was great to get back and forth from the beach. It had plenty of parking, and not a long walk to the beach if you wanted to walk.

A Sanctuary from the Storm

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We evacuated from Clearwater due to Hurricane Milton. They were extremely accommodating and we were able to check in early. So wonderful as we had small children and a dog. The home is so wonderful with the remodeled interior, updated kitchen, outdoor area in back, game room (grandson's loved it) and use of the golf cart. We would like to come back for a vacation sometime!
