• First-Floor Gathering: The first floor features a spacious living room and an open kitchen, thoughtfully designed to accommodate the whole family. Entertainment is taken care of with a massive flat-screen smart TV with cable, creating a central hub for relaxation.
• Comfortable Bedrooms: Two bedrooms on the first floor provide a luxurious king bed in one room and a queen bed in the other. Both bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs, offering personal entertainment spaces. A full-sized bathroom and a convenient half bathroom are also on this floor.
• Outdoor Bliss: The first floor seamlessly connects to a private backyard—a large fenced area providing a perfect spot for family games or furry friend playtime. The washer and dryer, conveniently located on this floor, offer direct access to the outdoor space.

Rental Rules & Info
• Must be 25 years or older to book. A rental agreement must be signed after booking
• STRICT PET POLICY: Pet fee is $275.00, plus tax, and non-refundable. No more than two dogs per stay. Dog(s) may not be left unattended in the yard for any reason. Must be crate trained and placed in crate when pet owner is away from Unit. ALL FECES must be picked up immediately. Anyone that does not comply with these rules may be asked to leave, without refund. Any damages to the unit caused by pet are not covered and are expected to be covered by the pet owner.

Don't forget to bring: While Shoreline provides you an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags to get you through your first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following or make your trip to the store after checking in as the unit may have some of these items already: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, toiletries, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.
