The only small critique I have is that the bedroom/bathroom gets pretty toasty due to no central AC, so if you’re a hot sleeper, it can get a little warm. A small window unit in the back would fix that issue easy! Other than that, this place was absolutely perfect! The beach was a perfect choice. This property is just a few feet away from the water which was fantastic - no busy streets to cross! The property itself served our needs. Very very clean.
