During spring break (all of March & April) Panama City Beach Ordinance 1667 requires that all occupants 18 years of age and older must submit a valid, government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license) at the time of booking. Please note that city ordinances supersede the policies of third-party booking platforms, including Airbnb and VRBO. • Per Panama City Beach Ordinance 1667, guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian on the property after 10:00 PM, including parking garages, pool decks, walkways, elevators, and beach access points.
