From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. Pool bar is over priced as this was the most expensive one we have bought drinks from and we go to a different location every year. But still a fun atmosphere by the pool with live music and security patrolling the grounds. The elevators were quite crowded, so we had to wait awhile multiple times. They were fast and worked pretty well. The parking garage elevators were slow, and they stopped working for part of our stay. Overall the elevators were efficient, but crowded. Our room was nice with an amazing ocean front view, but it could use a few updates and the cleanliness could’ve been better. We had 11 people, ages 10 months to 90 years, so we needed a place that met the needs of a wide range of people. The condo was well appointed, had furniture that met all of our needs and that an elderly, mobility challenged person could use. It was decorated well and made us feel at home. It was clean, although we felt like the cleaning people may have been rushed and could have paid more attention to details. We questioned whether a bed was changed, extra blankets washed or the floor mopped. But we chalked it up to the sandy beach. :) We loved the condo, and all in all, we’re very happy with it! The resort itself was well managed and kept clean as well. The walk from the parking was long, but there is a drop off area right at the front door and we used that for less walking for some people in our group. Check in and out was easy- plenary go carts and no need to check in at a desk. The pools and beach were gorgeous. The elevator was fast and we never had to wait in line. The bar and restaurant was great! We enjoyed the drink package and ate several times on the patio! The food was really good and reasonably priced. All the staff at the resort were helpful and kind and still made sure policies were followed and guests were safe. The location was very walkable to many different places for food and drink. Room 0702 Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location of property was fantastic right on the beach then it goes downhill from there. Let’s begin with the restoration of the vehicles to park in the garage. Paid for two vehicles before arrival was not able to register them at the resort unless I paid for one more vehicle was told I shall get a refund from owners association representative. Waited four days and again approached the representative. She took all the information in five days later I still do not have a refund . Walking into the condo we found the broken TV broken ,missing and broken shelves in a refrigerator. A broken blow dryer, broken coffee maker ,thick heavy dust on the louver doors and left over medication‘s underneath the bed from previous renters. To be fair ECDI staff did replace the TV the blow dryer and a coffee maker.parts for the refrigerator needed to be ordered. Than there are the condo elevators, be ready to wait up to 20 minutes at times. Lastly not happy that I had to deal with three different organizations, VRBO- ECDI and the condo organization, dealing with one identity would prevent finger pointing, it’s them not us. ##### Maurizio G. The only changes i would suggest is uodating the furniture-the couch is broken, the rug is quite gross, and there is very limited kitchen cookware-only a very small frying pan. The pools are nice but very overcrowded. We did enjoy the location and the unit that we stayed in. We would consider staying here again as it fit our family and was decently priced. ##### Kristina S. When messaging the owner some of the questions would not be answered which made things a bit frustrating. Asked many times about location of the grill and was never answered correctly.
