Luxurious floor plans in an elegant 18 story high-rise, each with a private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, are at the peak of your vacation. As elegant and beautiful as the “World’s Most Beautiful Beaches”. Resort amenity highlights include a large, seasonally heated pool with expansive sun decks, clubhouse, lighted tennis courts, exercise rooms, racquetball court, and more. Inside your room you’ll enjoy tropical furnishings, fully equipped kitchens, washer & dryers... everything to make you feel at home. Near by is St. Andrews State Park, Schooner’s and Captain Anderson’s. Resort charges $50 registration fee (per vehicle, plus tax and fees). Bottom outlets in the both bedrooms dont work, light bulbs were blown in living room. Kitchen could use a deep clean and dish towels. Entire condo needs to be dusted and the bathrooms, including the tub needs a deep clean. Great view of the beach and pool. Lots of beach toys, beach chairs, and blow up mattress included.
