This large condo comfortably sleeps 12 people, with enough bathrooms to minimize congestion. PARKING: Includes parking, one reserved spot in #320\. (The other car will have to park in any of the non reserved spaces) \* 2 Master suites – Both with KING size beds. The oceanfront master offers a king size bed and private bath with Jacuzzi tub and walk in shower. The 2nd bedroom has a King size bed with private bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has two queen beds. The 4th bedroom has a twin size bunkbeds. The living room couch pulls out to a QUEEN size bed. This Unit is on the 6th floor (not too high like many units but still with a great view of the ocean), a perfect height to enjoy the breathtaking sunsets, watch the dolphins, or listen to the relaxing ocean waves on the extra-large balcony, or from the living room and the master bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new stainless steel appliances and all of your cooking needs should you choose to stay in and cook. Sand was in the beds as if the sheets were not changed. But we stripped them ourselves and washed them due to lack of response once we checked in. Room was spacious and enough room for family. I was told to not hang towels over balcony and removed them as soon as I got up there. It is a good safety feature they have in place. Keeps place looking nice. The resort had great amenities, but I would have liked the Majestic Market and H2O bar&grill to stay open later. I booked a place that had both indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs incase we had bad weather we could still use the indoor pool and hot tub. However, there was a storm with thunder and lightening and they closed all of the pools and hot tubs. Check out was at 9 a.m. which felt a little too early to get 9 people out of there on time. A later check out time would have been beneficial because the housekeeper tried coming in at 8:30 and proceeded to stay in the hallway until we left, this caused lots of stress. The good was that the resort amenities & location was great. Security was on property & the views from the balcony were wonderful! The elevators were quick and the condo was very spacious for our larger group. This condo needs a good cleaning. We had to rewash all of the bedding due to sand in the beds. The floors were grimey and there was several areas of thick dust/dirt/filth that just needed cleaned(door handles, walls, baseboards, around furniture, etc). The property manager was very easy to work with as far as communication prior to check in. We have stayed in PCB three times and we have had much cleaner properties. I told the owner the first day we got there and it never got fixed. Some draino or a drain snake probably would’ve taken care of the problem but they never responded after the initial request. It’s annoying to pay for a 3 bathroom room and not be able to use one of them. Otherwise the place was fine. The pool was very nice and plenty of chairs. The beach was super crowded but we expected that.Some better pillows and bedding would have also been nice. ##### Allie W. Closet doors in 1 of the bedrooms was not attached- just laying in the closet. The second was of more concern. We notified them on Tuesday or Wednesday that the dishwasher was not working ( the soap dispenser would not open) It had not worked since we got there. Not fun to wash dishes for 21 people.
