Our family had a great time on our trip to Florida staying here. We did have a few issues that could be easily fixed by management. We were unable to use the grill because the grates are rusted and had bird droppings on them. The washing machine only used extremely hot water no matter what setting you had it set at. Unfortunately we learned that after shrinking some items. All of the pans had the coating coming off so we had to go out and buy a pan to use for the week. The the community was a great place to ride bikes and there was so much to do. The beach was very overcrowded because there wasn’t enough space once the chair rental company set up. Pool also won’t allow balls, and makes kids get out for 10 min every hour which created annoyance for the parents. Also an extremely crowded place conpared to 8 years ago when we started going to the area. So an “F” for 30A/Seacrest for our family and the other one that went with us. We’ll move on to somewhere else next summer. The house itself was cramped, but clean. We asked for propane to be refilled (it was empty upon arrival) but the call center wasn’t friendly, and no one ever showed up to refill it. Overall, between tram line, customer service, and even the shops and pool it felt like an attitude of “you are lucky to be here Don’t ask for anything”.
