Warren Beach Rentals is thrilled to offer "Jules in the Sand", a remarkable home that truly is the treasure of Carillon.
This stunning, custom-built home in the gated community of Carillon Beach, is meticulously curated and lovingly decorated to spoil even the most discerning guest. The home offers over 4000 sq ft of living and entertainment area that include multiple living rooms on each floor, an amazing home office, and numerous amenities that your family will absolutely love.
One of the larger homes in Carillon, and offering 6 Bedroom and 4.5 bathrooms, so there is plenty of room to sleep up to 16 guests. Additionally, there are living rooms on the first and second floor and a bonus room on the 3rd floor. Plus, The home features the nicest, most well equipped office on the gulf coast. Perfect for the business owner running zoom or conference calls that need privacy, it is an incredibly well furnished office suite.
We manage multiple homes in Carillon (8) so we can help you with any size group you may have. Let us know if you have a wedding or event, we will be happy to work with you on multiple properties.
Jules in the Sand provides two sets of beach chairs (4 loungers), pads and umbrellas that are provided daily for you on the beach at walk-over 3. The chairs are set up daily year round. Additional beach loungers may be procured through the on-site beach service. As with all Carillon Beach Rentals, beach towels are provided for our guests.

JULES IN THE SAND is located in the privileged, gated community of Carillon Beach on the Gulf of Mexico, which enjoys nearly a mile of private uncrowded, white, sugary-sand beaches. Carillon is the largest private and gated beach in North west Florida and the beaches here are never crowded for space. Amenities include 3 community pools: Bellview Park, Beach Club Pool (located on the Gulf of Mexico), and the East Pool. There are tennis/pickle ball courts, full basketball court, children’s play area and multiple large green spaces for play. This is a walking, biking, golf cart community with restaurants, ice-cream parlor, exercise club, general store, and fabulous salon and spa. Security is of particular focus at Carillon. In addition to the manned entrance gate which monitors and controls access for all vehicular traffic, Carillon also employs licensed security officers who patrol the grounds to ensure the safety of our guests. Carillon Beach is the best kept secret on the gulf coast and beach community where lasting, even generational, memories are created. Also, Carillon Beach is a disability friendly community with a wheelchair lift to the main pool area and a handicapped accessible ramp from the pool to the beach. The upscale shopping and restaurants of Rosemary Beach and 30AVENUE are but a 5 minute drive to the west. If you want to find even more fun Pier Park is 7 miles east along with the Dolphin Center at Marine World, go karts, putt putt and even fishing charters are just a few miles away. Your vacation can be as laid back, or fast forward as you like.
PARKING POLICY: 3 Vehicles permitted. Maximum of one Vehicle or Golf Cart in the street adjacent gravel area to be parked at any time in front of a home. Charging the golf cart must take place in the driveway. Golf cart must be rented thru the approved Carillon vendor as there is not one included.
Carillon HOA requires a 35.00 parking pass for each vehicle for the week.
This is a family vacation home. WE DO NOT RENT TO VACATIONING GROUPS OF STUDENTS. This is strictly enforced.

* Downtown Carillon.. The little beach Cafe for breakfast, lunch, and night time ice cream, Lake Powell Pizza, The Salty Bottle wine bar, and several other business adorn this idyllic downtown area. So easy and you never have to leave the resort.
* 2 grocery stores just outside the resort. Publix and Winn Dixie are within a quarter mile. Shopping and stocking up is a snap.
Here are the rules.
Must be 25 or older to rent. Primary renter must occupy the house the duration of the stay.
No party high school or college groups, strictly enforced.
No smoking, vaping, or illicit drug use in the home.
No pets allowed
The home does require a $500 refundable security deposit that will be collected 2 days prior to your rental on your credit card and released no later than 3 days after your stay as long as no abuse or damage is discovered.
