Sadly for me, I had a severe back injury and wasn’t able to go, but the other girls still went.Unfortunately, the house was NOT as expected and the girls ended up having to move. This is what they experienced:Strong musty smell throughout house. Visible mold on ceiling in third floor bathroom. Condensation and mold around vent in master bath on ceiling. Oven stays warm even when off and doesn’t fully close so it takes forever to cook and the oven light is always on since the door doesn’t close. Security alarm repeatedly went off around 4am. Water spots on ceiling in living room. Lamp shade acts as a light fixture. It’s a shade sitting on an end table. Front porch area has a strong cat poop/pee smell.The home feels neglected. Mgmt offered to have someone come and take care of these things but we were on vacation and didn’t want workers in and out during our stay. I did allow someone to come over because they would not consider moving us unless someone came to check things out. The lady that came was very sweet but told me she had no sense of smell so couldn’t smell anything. She didn’t come with tools or anything to work on the issues, so nothing was done. Management was unwilling to move us despite repeated requests. After sending pics of the mold, they agreed to a partial refund and we left.
