Tower 1 is practically on the sand of the beautiful Emerald Coast, giving you breath-taking, unobstructed views from the private balcony with balcony entrances from both the living room and master bedroom. This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit with 1135 SF sleeps 8 in 1 King, 1 Queen, 3 Twins and a Queen sleeper sofa with all new mattresses. The kitchen is fully stocked including a Keurig duo and spices. All linens are provided (except for beach towels) along with 4 beach chairs, a beach wagon and a large umbrella for you to enjoy the sugar sand beach. Smart TVs in each room have Direct TV streaming, Paramount+, HBO and Showtime included and a washer and dryer are in the condo for your use. Where you'll sleep: Master: King bed, balcony access, Oceanview, 40" smart tv; private bath with separate soaker tub and walk in shower, double vanity. Bedroom #2: Queen bed, 32" smart tv, Ocean view, dresser, guest chair, en suite bath entrance. Hall Bunks: 2 twin beds with a 3rd twin trundle. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. We enjoyed the balcony and ate most of our meals out there. Our family consisted of my husband and I, our teenager, and three kiddos ages 7-11\. We had plenty of room to sleep, and were very comfy!
