Cozy-while on the small size, the layout and and the arrangement of the furniture makes it feel open and airy, Nicole has done a great job with the space. The balcony is very private and a great place to sit and watch the day go by. Across the road is a frog pond, and if you are on the balcony in the evening you can hear them croaking. Clean-not a speck of dust anywhere!!!! It passed the "white glove test". Comfy-living room furniture was comfortable, great recliner. The bed was comfy and gave us a good night sleep. The bunk area was great for an afternoon nap while there was some construction going on outside that made the bedroom a little noisy. Oh and the kids will love this area, it's like a little hideout all for themselves. A few minutes and your toes are in the soft white powder sand and the water of the Gulf. While we didn't have the opportunity to use the pools, we did walk around the property and they are very well maintained, good size and loads of lounge chairs on the decks. One of the pools is right across the parking lot from the condo. Many good restaurants in the area and a grocery store right down the street. We would recommend this property to family and friends, and next time in the area we will check to see if Nicole's condo is available. ##### Maureen W. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and couldn't be happier with the area, the condo, the beach and the access to all kinds of fun things to do! The beach access is so close and convenient as well as all the pools and various activities. Our hosts communicated so well and were incredibly kind. They answered questions quickly when needed and the condo was clean, cute & had beautiful personal touches that made it feel homey. Easy to get in touch with, friendly, responsive, and accommodating. The place was absolutely adorable and very clean. We had everything we needed for our weekend stay. Parking was plentiful and everything was in working order. The beach is super easy to access - just a few minute walk from the condo. With the pandemic, it was nice to be on the quieter end of town. We didn’t get a chance to use all the other amenities in the condo complex due to our short stay. I would highly recommend this host, their condo and the location. Thanks Nicole!
