However, the hot tub and splash pad was closed down for 2 weeks when we got there, and it was never communicated to me. The on-site restaurant was closed for the season, and never communicated as well. These are things I look for when booking, so I was very disappointed.When checking in we had to pay 35 for parking pass, which I was also never told about.The condo was very warm, air didn’t seem to work well. Cable tv is actually Roku, and the one in our bedroom was broken. The sinks in our bathroom obviously have a clog somewhere, as the sinks kept backing up. I communicated to the owner about the tv, and he said he would tell maintenance, but nothing was ever fixed. I communicated about the sinks, and never got a response.I really expected better for what I paid. ##### Lisa B. There was plenty of room for all of us. The balcony is huge. The rooms are huge and there is plenty of storage space. There was plenty ofparking and that was nice. The pools were nice and shaded. The splash pad with the big bucket was FREEZING. Our kids didn't play on it because of that. But we had tons of fun regardless. Overall, great place and would highly recommend. Perfect for kids. It was also noted that parking would be $25 per two vehicles, but when we arrived we had to pay $35 per vehicle and was told the policy changed in January. I messaged the property owner along with proof of the new parking contract. He stated he was not aware of the new policy change but when I asked for my money back since it was falsely stated he never would respond back to me. Walking distance to some restaurants and shopping. Short drive to pier park. Make sure to bring laundry detergent, paper products, dishwasher detergent etc. would recommend adding some Tupperware to the condo. Plenty of cooking pans and utensils.
