AQUA 1806 is absolutely perfect! Recently updated to include quartz countertops, new sinks and faucets, updated cabinets, new mattresses, new furnishings and decor making this condo ready to enjoy with family and friends. The Aqua Resort is one of the most sought after vacation spots on the Gulf of Mexico with upscale European design of the resort and amenities, an incredible location right near Pier Park and of course this condo's exceptional floorplan plus furnishings and upgrades. It’s in the heart of the action and is always a great time. This particular host was extremely disappointing. I couldn’t tell from the photos if there was a partition/door on the bunk room, so I reached out to the host. They confirmed to me there was a door on it and that it had a TV, and was essentially a full additional bedroom. Based on this conversation I booked. When we arrived, there was no door or TV, and the bunk room has zero privacy. I reached out to the host with this complaint, and rather than try to fix the problem at all they basically told me too bad and then completely stopped responding to me. Very disappointing behavior and I would not recommend anyone use this host as they will lie to get you to book and then ghost you when you have issues. ##### Marie L.
