The pool closed at 10 even on the weekend, the staff in the Tiki bar was rude and wanted to go home more than please the customer. They close at 8 and that is horrible. We had a corner / end room that had awesome views of the ocean. The garbage chute was right next to our room so that was super convenient. I would rate this a 5 star except that in the master bedroom the floor had spots of water that would “leak out”. Not sure what was causing that. We also had trouble with the parking garage scanner not working properly. It seemed “touchy” and would take a long time to scan the barcode whether coming in or going out.
