Enjoy amazing Gulf views and sounds. Experience spectacular sunsets from over 1000 square feet of furnished balcony space. Ceiling fans, hi-definition LCD TVs, Blu-ray DVD players and Internet "APP/widget" support enhance bedroom and living areas. Complementary broadband wireless Internet access serves your needs. Residential elevators provides comfortable access for stocking home with kitchen groceries or ease of access for elderly family members. Two full laundry facilities are available, one on each side. In the morning, at lunch, or after an exhausting day of fun, enjoy the warmth of your family and friends in the comfort of a large upper level living areas that includes a gourmet kitchen with Wolf appliances, refrigerators/freezers, dishwashers, wine coolers and microwaves. Enjoy meals together on a hand-made large rough-hewn kitchen tables that can easily service a very large group or family. The adjacent living space to a large balcony that faces the gulf and overlooks the private pools. The upper level offers a small private office area (although it is hard to get work done because of the great view), a half bathroom, and a large king suite (sleeps 2 ) with its own gulf view balcony and a private full bathroom. Times this by two (each side is a mirror image). On the second level are two king bedroom suites (sleeps 4) with private separate shower/tubs (two jetted), walk-in closets and balconies with Gulf views. A bunk rooms with 2 twin beds (sleeps 2) with a private full bathroom located here. Full laundry facilities with a washer and dryer are centrally located on the second level. Again time two since they are mirrored on each side. Teens love the ground level recreation room with armoire and twin/full/trundle bunk bed (sleeps4). Also on this level are a full kitchen, range, refrigerator, microwave, ice maker, two queen Murphy bed (sleeps 2), two queen sleeper sofa (sleeps 2), and full bathroom. You got it times two! Exit the back of the home where a beautifully landscaped courtyard with its small private pool, spa, outdoor shower, patio, and gas grill await for family lounging or evening cook-outs. Just 100 yards from Wally and Marimac's private back gate is level (no steps to climb) access to one of the most beautiful beaches in America. This is on the south side of Hwy 30-A which means no roads to cross to the beach. This is especially great for the safety of children. Inlet Beach is a gorgeous, uncongested "sugar sand" beach that adjoins the east side of Rosemary Beach and the west end of Camp Helen State Park and salt water Lake Powell at the east end of Scenic 30A. Sunning, swimming, fishing, and kayaking are available. For those that want to get up and out there is a short bike ride or one-mile walk to Rosemary Beach shops and restaurants. A newly built outdoor shopping mall, called Pier Park is a short 10-minute drive east on 98 (toward Panama City) that has a large cinema, shops, restaurants, and an amusement park. Nearby golf courses include Camp Creek Golf Club, Shark's Tooth, Bay Pointe, Santa Rosa Beach Golf Club, The Hombre, and Burnt Pine. This area is a hidden paradise for golfers. I simply cannot say enough good things about our stay at this wonderful home! We had a group of 25 (Adults, teens, and children). The house was perfect and the owners were awsome from our initial booking and throughout our entire vacation. Everything you can think of for a large group was provided. We did a lot of cooking and I can't think of any pot, pan, utensil or casserole dish that was missing. Bikes for the kiddos, wagons for the beach, starters for all the paper and cleaning necessities -- they literally thought of everything!! Highly Recommend!! ##### Rebecca S. It was just steps to the beach. The pool was the perfect size. The elevator was very nice for getting the groceries up to the third floor kitchen, it was nice that there was a second kitchen on the first floor when we were by the pool. House was nice too many stairs but nice. Property manager showed up 2 days before we left Shouting and demanding we clean immediately, although there was an $800 cleaning fee. We used Grill and cleaned it although she charges $100 to clean grill. We cleaned almost entire house and outside of house, I have videos of the property before we left and of us cleaning outside washing entire property (pool areas, driveways,house entryway and sides). Over all 4 stars would of been 5 stars if I had not been shouted at and property manager randomly showing up (according to her) with out letting me know ##### Jesus S. Our 2 year old granddaughter needed a quiet, dark room in which to sleep. Marijane went to the house to see if one of the walk-in closets would meet this need. She then met us the day we arrived with a Mermaid toddler cot, a Mermaid beach towel, and a blow up pool for our granddaughter ! Our granddaughter loved “her room”, her bed, and her towel. The pool at the home was actually the perfect size for a toddler to learn to swim in, and the wagon and beach toys provided were tons of fun for our Little Mermaid at the beach! The home was one of the cleanest beach homes we have ever visited. A request for a broom, so that we could keep it that way, was promptly met. We utilized a chair and cabana/umbrella service facilitated by Marijane. Even though we had issues with wind tearing down one of our cabanas, our requests for help and new equipment was quickly met. It is also a plus that there is straight, open access to the beach. No stairs to climb on a hot, Florida day! If you want personal and attentive service this home rental is the way to go! ##### JoY B. To be accurate, it should be noted that one room on each side of the house is a combination of kitchen/bedroom. It was a little misleading to call the bottom floor kitchen/bedroom a bedroom. Also, there is only room for three (3) automobiles to park on each side of the beach house. That is important to know. If we would have had seven cars, one of the cars would have had to find additional parking. Overall, we were very pleased with the house. It is not as convenient as having a beach front home, but it was in a good location. ##### linda b. We had friends and family come and go. We were very pleased with the house, the cleanliness, and the location. Marijane has been a very good host and owner.
