The washer broke on us, but the management company was very responsive with sending someone to fix it.Suggestions for improvement for child safety:- There are outlets in the bottom bunk bed, which is nice to charge phones. It’s gorgeously decorated and beautiful. We loved having two full bathrooms - getting cleaned up was easy! My friend had the bedroom and I slept on the bottom bunk which was SO comfortable and cozy! I loved the reading light to enjoy my books before sleep. The pool is beautiful at this property and of course the beach is amazing. (however, the code to the beach gate was incorrect on our email, we gained entry only through the help of a resident). The biggest suggestion we could give the owner is to update the furniture and most especially the mattress in the master bedroom. Condo itself was beautiful and cozy. Evething you need is within walking distance. Wal-Mart was a 10 min walk but you see so much on the way there. We don’t need much so though it was a smaller unit, we made it work. Loved that is was Within walking distance of local attractions and our favorite restaurant! Only issue was there were some elevator issues that they were working on that would wake us up super early, being right in front of them.
