Rooms were comfortable but walls are a bit thin, can hear a bit of noise sometimes. The hot spring pool is a huge bonus, spent a lot of time in there. Restaurant was good ate a couple of dinners there. The tours organized by the hotel are overpriced. We were asked several times by the restaurant staff to buy them boat rides. The restaurant food is really not good. Didn't even think about doing laundry there: $2 US for panties and $1.50 US for boxer shorts (which is a bit sexist). You have to pay $5 US for a clean towel, even after 3 days at the hotel. Also, the bathroom was very old and not quite as good as the photos.
