It also offers amenities like **air conditioning**, **community pool**, and **parking**. It is meticulously equipped and is only 1 km from the beach. Located in a quiet residential area, it offers a comfortable and relaxing stay with all the amenities you need. Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms, one of them with a private bathroom, and another shared bathroom. The master bedroom has air conditioning, ensuring a cool environment on the upper floor of the house. On the ground floor, you will enjoy a spacious open-plan kitchen with dining area and a cozy living room with pellet stove. You will also have access to free WiFi and a Smart TV. The house has a spacious private and fenced garden, ideal for keeping an eye on children or pets from the porch. In addition, the chalet has access to a refreshing communal area with a pool, shared only with 7 other houses. There is also a parking space available at the house. It is located in the **Pals Playa** area, which is a privileged area of the **Catalan Costa Brava**. You will be close to everything you need. The Jodofi supermarket is less than 1 km away, and within 3 km, you will find an excellent selection of restaurants to enjoy delicious local cuisine. You can also explore the charming nearby towns of Pals, Torroella de Montgrí, and L'Estartit, which offer you a variety of options to explore during your stay. Near the apartment, you will also find the Camí de Ronda, which goes from Pals to Begur, a beautiful walk along the cliffs and coves in the area, where you can enjoy the views, the beautiful beaches, and even the diverse flora and fauna of the seabed in the area. It has clear blueish-green water and was great for swimming and jumping off the rock in front. There is a small cave in the far back corner on the beach which has many mosquito's at night (bummer). This photo was taking in the morning before it got over populated with naked Spaniards swimming and playing ping pong on the beach. I would come here again I had a great time and camped 2 nights on the beach. Super location near shop and nice stroll to the beach. If we were to point out something, then there should certainly have been air-condition in the other bedrooms. Luckily we avoided the worst of the heat wave, so our child «survived». We know there's not much to do about ongoing drought, but it was a shame that the grass was in such bad shape that we had a bit of extra work to keep the sand outside. In any case, we enjoyed the beach and the nice and quiet neighborhood. We will be happy to come back! ##### Karianne M.
