It boasts a beautiful garden with a lawn, a natural garden, and a seasonal swimming pool (150 m2, depth 90 - 170 cm, available from January 1 to December 31) with an internal staircase. Outdoor shower and parking facilities are also available. Outdoors The property offers a shared garden with a lush lawn and a natural garden area. Enjoy the refreshing outdoor shower after a dip in the seasonal swimming pool, which measures 150 square meters with a depth ranging from 90 to 170 cm. The pool is accessible via an internal staircase. Other Information Please note that the property does not have an elevator. The owner does not accept any groups or youth groups. Additionally, a supermarket is conveniently located 500 meters away, and the sandy Playa de Pals beach is just 70 meters from the property. The living/dining room is split over two levels and includes a dining table, digital TV with a flat screen, and air conditioning. There is also an exit leading to the terrace. One of the rooms has a French bed measuring 160 cm wide and 190 cm long, while the other room has two beds, each 90 cm wide and 190 cm long. Amenities Included The apartment comes equipped with an open kitchen that includes an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine.
