We were extremely disappointed that the pool was not functioning when we got to the hotel. The indoor pool was one of the only reasons we picked this hotel and my kids were very disappointed. I wish they had told us in advance so we could have picked to stay somewhere else!

Great property. Safe parking. Very friendly staff. Clean room with everything we need. Highly recommend for overnight guests traveling to and from Stanford, hospitals, other businesses in the area.

The overall facility is nice, clean and modern. We did take out pizza one night and it was great to have the area downstairs to eat and also get a glass of wine from the bar. Cesar was there most nights and he was very nice and helpful with anything we needed.

Front desk is rude
Booked two rooms. The room they have is was on the backside of the elevators. So freaking ridiculous. All night the elevators clinking twice and then go up. Then clonking again and heading back down. Asked front desk and they did nothing to compensate us They should have told us and that room should not be the same price as the regular room. Total scam!! I brought it up very kindly with front desk and she was SO rude. Asian girl with glasses. I wasn’t asking for a free room, but suggesting it should NOT be the same as a regular price room. I got two rooms for one night and apparently they told me I wanted a handicap accessible room for hearing impaired. That was for my 90 year old father and they put him in the room at the farrrrr and if first floor. Last room next to the pool. So freaking ridiculous.

According to the information we received from Expedia/Hotels.com, your reservation was for two ADA/hearing-accessible rooms with a king bed. There are only two such rooms on property, and you were assigned to them as that was the category booked.We - like most hotels - do ask that our guests bring any issues with their room to our attention immediately so that we can attempt to offer solutions rather than have our guests endure the issue and report it at check out. For the price it was very disappointing. One of the main reasons we picked the hotel was for the spa. It did not work and they weren't able to fix it. Then there wasn't shampoo or conditioner in the shower. Thankfully, my daughter packed her own.

Enjoyed our stay
Check in was a breeze. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The menu at the restaurant was a bit limited but the offerings we tried were quite good.
