« The property could not be opened when I arrived. I was asked to break in using a side entrance. When I entered the property, it was clear that this was far from the "luxury" property that it was described as at the time of the booking. The furniture is old, the bedding damp, and the overall sense is far from luxury. I left after 5 minutes and when I asked for even a partial refund, this was denied.
