This cozy retreat offers a serene escape with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. Our boutique farmhouse features several different alaskan artists art throughout the home. We provide two inviting bedrooms and a comfortable twin bed in upstairs nook to ensure a restful night\`s sleep after a day of exploration. The rooms are tastefully decorated, exuding warmth and simplicity to complement the natural surroundings. Bathroom: You will find a well-appointed and spacious bathroom, equipped with modern amenities and a soothing ambiance to unwind and refresh. Living Area: The farmhouse boasts a cozy living area, thoughtfully designed to create a sense of tranquility and a connection to the surrounding landscape. Large windows provide panoramic views of the majestic mountains, inviting you to relax and revel in the beauty of nature. Kitchen: For those who love to cook and savor local produce, our farmhouse offers a fully-equipped kitchen. We don’t live on the property but available for questions anytime. Please text, call or email. The home is nestled in a very quiet neighborhood close to Matsu Regional Hospital, Gas Stations, Carrs Grocery Store, Parks, Lakes, Hiking areas, Skiing, Snow machining, Glaciers and much more! Skeetawk Ski area is 15 minutes away. Best way to get around town is by Taxi or UBER. This property is 45 minutes from the Airport. The property is nestled in between Palmer and Wasilla, which makes getting around really easy. Palmer or Wasilla has great restaurants near by, great hiking, fishing, skiing and much more. No Pets are allowed on the property due to allergies. NOTE: If evidence of pets are found, you will be charged $550.00. No Parties or Unauthorized guests unless approved ahead of your stay! We have two bungalows also on the property. If interested, let us know. Chugiak Bungalow & Knik Bungalow-Sleeps two people each bungalow Please respect our home as if it was your own. No un-registered guests. Remove shoes when entering home. There is a ring camera upon entrance. No unauthorized parties or events. Your welcome to smoke or vap, we just ask that you do it outside only! Sep 7, 2022 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Farmhouse The farmhouse was incredible! Loved the view, the plants in the house were gorgeous! There were lots of little extras, like shampoo, body wash, etc. that were a very nice touch and made it feel homey. And the blueberry muffins were delicious :) In fact both my teenagers told me they loved the house and would love to live there! Thank you for such a wonderful place. ##### Monica B. June and George were wonderful hosts. We had everything we needed, and they even added beautiful Christmas decorations. The home itself was much roomier than we expected. It could easily sleep 4-5 adults plus children. We barely even used the upstairs because we had everything we needed downstairs. The location is perfect. There is a great view of the Chugiak Mountains, and we enjoyed watching it get lighter every morning to see what color the sky would be that day. It's very easy to make day trips in every direction (depending on weather). We made it down to Eagle River for a hike and up to Talkeetna for a view of Denali. We had a wonderful visit and would absolutely stay again.
