City Rules: \- The primary renter must be at least 25 years old (Proof of age required) per Palm Springs Municipal Code 5.25.030 \- Primary renter must sign a rental agreement, fill out a rules and regulations form, and submit a photo of their ID. DAMAGE INSURANCE FEE: All reservations are subject to an $89 Damage Protection Fee, which covers accidental damages incurred during the stay. This fee safeguards guests against additional charges for qualifying damages, providing a streamlined and worry-free experience. All bookings made during Coachella, Stagecoach or other festivals will require a $500 refundable deposit. This deposit will be returned to you after you check out assuming there’s no damage or broken rules during your stay. If you choose to cancel your reservation prior to checking in, the $500 deposit will not be refunded. The remaining balance of the reservation will follow our cancellation policy. During the summer the thermostat may be locked at a certain temp range and not able to go lower than that range. This is due to the extreme temperatures in the desert. We can’t allow thermostats to be set below this range or we risk the AC unit freezing entirely, and not working during your stay.
