Built in 1949 and tastefully renovated in 1990, this Trousdale home in the sought-after Tahquitz River Estates boasts a perfect blend of vintage charm and modern amenities. Step inside and be greeted by a bright and airy interior featuring a wall of glass sliding doors that open up to reveal your very own designer pool and spa, surrounded by a tranquil backyard oasis. Enjoy the spacious great room with a wood-burning fireplace, seamlessly connected to the kitchen equipped with gas cooking, wine cooler, slab granite counters, and solid wood cabinetry, perfect for entertaining guests. The main suite offers a luxurious retreat with a king-size bed, direct access to the pool deck, and a private en-suite bathroom. Another en-suite bedroom with a queen-size bed is tucked away on the opposite side of the house, while the converted garage turned game room provides endless entertainment with a pool table, television, bar area, and lounging spaces. In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property's posted occupancy.
