This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhome offers nearly 1,400 square feet of comfortable living space, completely shielded from the extreme winds that affect the north end of Palm Springs. Ideal for monthly rentals, this split-level property provides all the amenities you need for a home away from home. As you enter the property, you'll be directed into the dining room, which has seating for four. To your left, the spacious living room features a gas fireplace and a sliding glass door that leads to your private patio. The patio is furnished with plenty of seating, a BBQ grill, and an umbrella for shade, making it a perfect spot to relax and entertain. One of the living room walls is almost entirely glass, allowing natural light to fill the room and create a bright, inviting atmosphere. Enjoy movie nights on the large-screen TV in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with a breakfast nook for two and offers a lovely view of the pool in front of the property.
