The bed was comfortable. Neighborhood was very calm at all times. Everything was pleasant. Location was great. I enjoyed my stay very much. Dec 29, 2022 #### Very Quiet but could have been cleaner The casita location was very quiet and that was just what we wanted once we cleaned it to our satisfaction. The cleaning crew could have done a better job to prepare the place. Some examples: the coffee pot was dirty, there were dark hairs on the sheets, the water filter in the refrigerator needed to be replaced, etc. Because of this, we decided to wash all the bedding and wash the glasses and dishes in order to be sure things were clean. The remote clicker to open the gate to get into the gated community did not work, but we did have the code so we were able to get in. Written instructions on how to lock/unlock the front door, how to use the tv remote control, etc. would be lovely but we figured everything out. Nov 16, 2022 #### Great little place for the price We were here for 17 days in October and it worked well for our needs. Furnishings, bedding and kitchenwares are simple but worked for us, and were in line with our expectations as one of the lowest cost units we could find. I rated this experience a 5 star based on those expectations met. All of the windows and doors do need servicing. They were all difficult to open and close, had loose screws on the handles and some screws were missing. I would say that was the only thing needing attention.
