The house was very clean, comfortable, in a great location and in a super quiet neighborhood. It was easy to get to restaurants in the evenings, walk from the house, or drive to nearby hikes in the mountains. There is so much to do in Palm Springs, we wish we had more time to enjoy the area rather than work! The backyard, pool, spa and birds were lovely! ##### DeAnne R. It was a beautiful house with an amazing pool and backyard area. The location was also amazing as we were able to walk to downtown! There were a couple issues that would have made our stay perfect. First one is we had lots of trouble getting hot tub water to get hot & stay hot. Seemed very inefficient that it would get hot than instantly lots of cold water came in & cooled it right down. Second, the fan in main bathroom was extremely LOUD!!! Besides being very annoying, it is a safety issue. A home in our area had a fire because of faulty bathroom fan. It’s beautifully decorated, very clean, and every little detail in the house was well thought out (stocked spices, detergent, coffee, kitchen/laundry supplies, etc.) The pool and hot tub were spacious, night lighting was cool, and plenty of floats and toys for adults and kids. Outdoor space in general was large with tons of games. The house is also very close to the downtown strip/restaurants (5 min drive). ACME did a superb job with communicating check in details prior to the trip, texting during our trip to ensure we were taken care of, and even finding and returning a forgotten pair of sunglasses we left behind! The owners have great taste and was decorated in a modern mid century style. The yard and pool were prefect for relaxing from morning to nighttime and the location was very central to downtown Palm Springs and grocery stores. The pool, however, was over 90 degrees. That said, maintenance was quick to fix it so that's why I'm giving it 5 stars. It was exceedingly clean too. I'd stay here again. A little small for a large group of, say, 5 or more though. ##### Brian F.
