Follow us on IG! @prettyinpinkps Guest Access: During your stay at my house you will have full access to the entire house except the owners closet. Please consider this your home during your stay and also please treat the home and neighbors with respect. Other Things to Note: There are important city Ordinances that must be followed regarding noise, parking, occupancy. In order to avoid any disruption during your stay please make sure you follow the guidelines listed. \- It is important to understand that many of our neighbors strictly abide by the city rules regarding noise and music coming from any vacation rental property. There can be NO MUSIC OR EXCESSIVE NOISE heard from the exterior of the home, regardless of the time of day. If music or excessive noise can be heard from outside the home, vacation renters may incur a fine of up to $1000 or greater, and you will be evicted from the home by WanderLuxe Vacation Rentals Inc Management without refund. These rules apply to accessive yelling and screaming as well, so please be mindful of outdoor play (especially in the pool) that might disturb others. Please be respectful of our neighborhood we just want you to enjoy your time without any problems. \- Keep in mind you are in a residential neighborhood and parking rules apply. Please do not exceed (4 cars allowed ) the maximum number of vehicles allowed on-site at any time. Well presented with an iconic Palm Springs atmosphere We loved the pool and enjoyed the view over the golf course. There was an issue with the A/C which affected the comfort one of our couples.But the owner was prompt in dealing with it even though it couldn’t be fixed during our stay.
