This was the second visit for my husband and myself and it most certainly will not be our last. Rick is a terrific host and takes pride in his property as well as in the contentment of his renters. The accommodations are immaculate, extremely comfortable, totally secure, and conveniently located to the heart of Palm Springs proper with all its restaurants and shops. If you choose to stay in rather than go out, the kitchen is wonderfully complete with all you need to whip up meals to enjoy in a leisurely atmosphere. With its lovely pool area and mid-century Euro vibe, we enjoyed the secluded nature of the property layout and appreciated that the total number of guests is limited to 10\. It feels like a private retreat and, being only two hours away from our home, it’s the perfect long weekend getaway. We look forward to returning very soon. ##### Michele S. With only two other rental units nestled around a sparkling pool, we found the entire experience to be the perfect weekend of relaxation we were hoping for. We appreciated the private locked entrance to our own courtyard and unit as well as all the security provided on site.
