We do not recommend shipping directly to the home as we do not have mailbox keys for the homes and cannot be responsible for packages once delivered. WILL WIFI AND CABLE TV BE AVAILABLE? All of our vacation rentals are equipped with smart tv's and high-speed WiFi. SHOULD I BE WORRIED ABOUT PESTS? We are in the desert, we do get our house sprayed monthly, but there is a possibility to run into our local pests and critters. Please help us keep the home and yards pest free by keeping all exterior doors and screen-less windows closed at all times and cleaning up trash from outside.
