We reserve the right to immediately cancel any guest stay without a refund if any of the rental rules are violated. No more than 4 vehicles may be parked at this home during your stay. All activities must be taken inside by 10 pm to comply with the city wide quiet hours ... and to be good neighbors. A copy of a government issued ID will be required of the booking guest along with signing an additional private rental contract acknowledging the rental guidelines and rules and all adult guest names listed on the contract. Pool heating is optional at a rate of $95 per night of your visit. Spa heating is included with your reservation and can be heated on demand. • This home is not child proofed. Cabinets are not secured, there is a pool and hot tub without child locks, and we do have MANY breakable items in the home. We welcome adults who bring well behaved children but we expect them to fully supervise children at all times and do not advertise or guarantee that the home is in any way child safe /child proofed. • NO CHECK-IN ON HOLIDAYS. If your reservation start date falls on any holiday listed you will need to rebook your check-in date. The kitchen is a small galley kitchen, but very well-stocked. The main house has 3 bedrooms just of the main living area, so the Casita was a pleasant reprieve for anyone wanting some quiet time (or a different temperature with a grandparent in the house!). The pool and Hot-Tub were wonderful. Unlike many homes on VRBO, the heating was included in our rental fee.. That can make a huge difference in price, but it is also not uncommon for the heating to be complicated or broken. Our experience in this home was exactly the opposite, which made life with kids much more pleasant. We would definitely stay here again! ##### Lisa M.
