The layout is great for a group of friends. We hung out mostly by the pool, the outdoor area is private and has lots of patio furniture and pool toys. It is close to a main road but that didn’t really bother us, it wasn’t noisy at all. It was conveniently located and the best part was Val being so easy to work with. Dinner table smeared all over, walls full of old nail holes, general grime around cabinet handles. Nothing warm or welcoming - definitely not a place where you’d want to hang with friends or family. Definitely not what I expected. Host was easy to deal with day of check in. No issues there. Just house needs to be updated, painted, etc. Also it’s next to a busy road and the house in the corner right next door looks like it’s about to fall over it’s so gross. ##### stephanie s.
