### Palm Springs Paradise

City ID #3072 Private, gated, garden oasis, a few minutes from downtown Palm Springs, in the highly desirable Movie Colony East. Relax in the sunshine and beauty. Slip into the salt water pebble Tec Pool and spa in complete seclusion. A naturist's paradise. This mini estate is totally surrounded with giant ficus trees and colorful exotic flowers. 450 feet of covered patios, an outdoor shower, a BBQ, a fireplace in the living room, A luxurious master suite, and a large den that converts into a third bedroom. Our house has a wonderful vibe. Perfect for a romantic getaway or just a bit of relaxation in the sun.   
  
Some Reviews from the past year: Derol's home is a secluded escape that is a perfect stay for your Palm Springs getaway. The back yard is a destination in itself! He was an amazing host and generous with his time if you need anything. Do yourself a favor if you're planning a Palm Springs trip, and book Derol's house. Jake  
The home did NOT disappoint!. The pool and lush and private garden was truly an oasis in the desert for us. The photos online represented the grounds and home very well. The home is well appointed, stylish and comfortable. We felt right at home instantly. The location was superb for accessing Palm Springs and the vicinity. Our gracious host was easy to communicate with, made the experience easy and offered solutions to any obstacle that may have occurred ( there were none). I am so grateful to have found Derol's home on airbnb. The house was in a great location, close to Downtown Palm Springs and to restaurants/convenience stores. The house itself had many amenities and Derol was kind enough to leave wine and water ready for us. The main attraction was definitely the backyard. His pool is surrounded by trees, which make you feel like you are in a secret oasis. Derol was very attentive throughout our stay and always made sure to be available for us in case we needed him. We had a lovely peaceful stay at Derol's place. The four of us were attending a conference at the convention center and this location is an easy 25-minute walk or 5-min drive away. It was very quiet and we especially enjoyed early morning coffee time on the front patio and dinner on the secluded poolside patio. Very spacious master bedroom with firm king and two sink bath with large, spotless, shower stall. A functional den is located between the master and a small guest bedroom. Derol had a comfy AeroBed set up in the den and we used that as a third bedroom. We will definitely consider booking again next year. John

This place was perfect for a long weekend. The host communication was great, instructions for check in and the pool/spa were easy to follow. He had a lot of nice touches throughout the house to make us feel welcome. Everything is clearly marked and the place was very clean. We'd stay here again, it's a classic Palm Springs house and was a really nice stay.

#### Absolute Paradise! Private and Comfortable.

The descriptions of this property and host are right on! Very beautiful and private home which is centrally located to everything that you would want to do in Palm Springs. We enjoyed the orange tree blossoms and well manicured grounds while eating meals on both patios. The salt water pool is a wonder to behold and a luxurious experience to enjoy. Derol is a consummate host who is very responsive and attentive to every detail. Our only complaint is that our time at this VRBO was too short and we are already planning a time in the near future when we can return to this Palm Springs Paradise.

#### Great stay in Palm Springs

Great time in Palm Springs. We had been to Palm Springs in the past but always stayed in hotels. First VRBO and it did not disappoint. Great location on a quiet street. Could walk or drive to downtown. Pool/Jacuzzi was perfect. Owner was super helpful and provided guidance as needed. Looking forward to returning and staying in the same place.

#### Paradise itself

The property is very special and unique. Not only is the spa and pool luxurious, but the landscaping has been well thought out and cultivated to elevate the experience. The private front garden is great for mornings, with a fragrant jasmin plant. House layout is convenient for pool use. Comfortable bed and well stocked kitchen was appreciated too. We would definately go back.

A lovely place and Darol is as good as it gets as far as a host goes!! So attentive and helpful. We were even able to catch his band playing in town one night! I highly recommend. The neighborhood is quiet, and in the Ruth Hardy Park area

Derol is a fantastic host; responsive and very helpful. The outdoor space is lush and shady, and the pool and spa are ultimate relaxation! Definitely would come back again.

#### A great place to unwind.

This place is the ultimate place to relax and getaway. Derol is a great host. He walked me through the general steps ( gate, spa, checking in and out ect.) When I needed him or had any questions he responded immediately. I felt very relaxed as well as relieved. The house the pool as well as the grounds were very well kept and maintained. I'll love to come back to stay as soon as I get. The chance. Infinite stars rating on this one.

#### Backyard Paradise

This very secure property was a total delight. The very best part was the incredible backyard with towering greenery, fruit trees which perfumed the outdoor area and a superb pool and hot tub. There were many seating and eating areas and plenty of lounge areas for both sun and shade lovers......we loved the doves and hummingbirds. The home interior was roomy and very comfortable - it was a wonderful property.
