This vacation rental home is located close to downtown Palm Springs, a short distance to a large gym, and an activity filled park. Demuth Park features: 12 pickleball courts, trails, playgrounds, tennis courts, dog park, and baseball fields with stunning views.   
  
​The house is perfectly located to explore the area. Located 7 minutes away from Palm Springs' main street, 5 minutes away from Cathedral City and just 40 minutes away from Joshua Tree. Trader Joe's, Target, Von's and all the main stores are all less than 10 minutes away.

This vacation rental is in a peaceful and tranquil residential neighborhood perfect for your next poolside getaway. In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation.  
  
In order to maintain the highest quality of our homes and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property's posted occupancy.   
  
Poolside Vacation Rentals is local and available at any time. We care for our homes, and our guests with a dedication to great hospitality. Locally owned & operated. We look forward to the opportunity to host you.

Optional pool and spa heat is available at an additional cost of $99 nightly or $495 weekly. Pool and spa heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees. Additionally, you will have access to heat the spa to 102 degrees. Spa heat only is available at $25 nightly. (During hot summer months, spa heat only can be enabled at no additional charge. These months include July, August, September)

#### Great spot!

The property is in a great central location. Easy access to downtown and close to lots of dining and grocery stores. Loved there was a park down the road with a great playground and tons of pickleball courts. Our group of 8 (4 adults & 4 teens) had a great time. Plenty of room for all and the pool and hot tub were great. Sucks you have to pay extra to have it heated but no other complaints. The property management company is fantastic, communicated great and even brought sweet treats to us. Loved the checkout process only had to start the dishwasher and leave towels on floor or in the tub and empty the trash. We’ll definitely stay here again.

#### Great pool and jacuzzi!

Very clean and well-equipped with everything needed. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms with stand up showers NO bathtub but we were just fine without one. Would enjoy visiting this house again. Highly recommend this gem. Loved it!!!!

#### Clean, Comfortable & Cute Property

My in laws, my fiancé & my 2 emotional support dogs had the pleasure of staying at the Blue Lagoon house this past weekend. The check in process and communication with the property management company was amazing. The property could comfortably host 8+ people with 2.5 bathrooms. The property had everything we needed & was located steps from a large park with drop in pickle ball courts. It was so clean and comfortable! I can’t wait to go back and stay here again in the future. The company even dropped a treat off for us during our stay. It was so enjoyable and relaxing!

#### We love our stay here!

My dad, brother, aunt/uncle, husband and I rented this place for my best friends wedding at the Parker. Palm Springs is pretty small in general but we were within 10 minutes of everything in Palm Springs and 3 minutes from the airport. We only heard a couple planes a day but it didn’t bother us at all. The back patio and pool were clean and perfect size for us. We had so much fun! The property managers were the nicest managers I have ever interacted with. They accommodated a last minute early check in time and they even dropped off cookies and donut holes one morning!! I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.
